ORDERING

We ask that you review your order carefully before placing to prevent any delays on processing and shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All prints and products are carefully packaged and shipped out of Jesse Doyle's personal studio in New Bern, North Carolina. You can expect your order to ship within 3-7 days of your purchase date. We do not ship on nationally observed US holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

UNITED STATES — We currently use UPS and USPS for shipping orders within the United States. All orders are free shipping over $500. Original artworks are unstretched unless noted otherwise. Additional shipping costs may apply for stretched pieces All prints and products are shipped via USPS or UPS.

OUTSIDE THE US — Orders outside the US may require an additional invoice for shipping costs. At this time, we use USPS or DHL to ship all international orders. All order shipped internationally are final sale and any taxes + duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

OUR RETURN POLICY

All paintings, prints, products, gift cards and sale items are final sale.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help. All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.

Do you do commissioned artwork?

I do offer commissions, I work with every collector interested in personalized art work to come up with an idea that meets their wants and needs. My original art work is my pride and joy but I am not afraid to step outside of my comfort zone to produce high quality pieces of art. What methods of payment do you accept?

All payments accepted through Shopify. Please see bottom of home page. 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

All purchases over $500 will be free shipping. All other prints and products ship via USPS or UPS. This cost will be calculated at checkout.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Your order will be shipped out within 3-7 days of your purchase date. Please note that we do not ship on nationally observed US holidays. If there is an unexpected delay, we will reach out via email.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).
